CyberShield VPN
VPN downloads and device setup
Find the right client and setup route for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Linux and browsers.
Windows
Install the Windows client specified for your profile from its official publisher. Approve the expected network adapter or driver installation, import the account profile and connect. Keep Windows security and the firewall enabled.
macOS
Use the trusted publisher’s installer or App Store listing for the supported client. Review any network-extension permission it requests, import your account profile and verify connection status.
iOS
On iPhone or iPad, install a compatible client through its official App Store listing. Approve the VPN configuration requested by that client and import the profile securely. Recheck status after network changes.
Android
Use the official Play Store listing or publisher source for your compatible client. Import the supplied profile, approve the system VPN request and connect. Follow the client’s documented battery guidance if background sessions stop.
Linux
Choose the supported client for your distribution and the protocol in your account profile. Follow the publisher’s package instructions, keep configuration files private and check routing and DNS after connecting.
Chrome
A full-device VPN connection can protect Chrome traffic without a browser extension. Connect the supported desktop or mobile client first. Review proxy and split-tunnelling settings; no separate CyberShield extension is promised here.
Firefox
Connect the device’s compatible VPN client before browsing. Keep Firefox updated and check for any proxy settings or exclusions that change its route. A browser add-on is not automatically a full-device VPN.
Edge
Use a supported VPN client on the Windows, macOS or mobile device running Edge. Connect first, then check normal browsing. Continue to use HTTPS and account protection.
Fire TV
Check the exact Fire TV model and whether a compatible client is offered in its official app store. If no supported client is available, ask about a compatible VPN-router configuration. DNS-only changes do not create a VPN tunnel.
Apple TV
Check the tvOS version and official App Store for a client compatible with your account profile. If no supported client is offered, ask support about a compatible router setup. A change of DNS alone is not an encrypted VPN connection.
Start with the configuration in your account
sign in to your account to check the client or connection profile supplied for your subscription. Match the client to that profile. A WireGuard profile needs a compatible WireGuard client; an OpenVPN profile needs an OpenVPN-compatible client.
Use official client downloads
When your account supplies a compatible configuration, use WireGuard’s official downloads or OpenVPN Connect. These are third-party clients and still require a valid CyberShield profile. Do not install an app solely because it uses a similar name.
Need a hand connecting?
Follow the step-by-step setup guide. If the account does not show a compatible configuration, ask support before buying or installing extra software. Do not share full profiles, private keys or passwords in a public message.
Make your next connection a private one.
Choose a plan and follow the setup guide for your device.
