Warrant canary and transparency information

Understand what a warrant canary can communicate and where to direct CyberShield transparency questions.

What a warrant canary is

A warrant canary is a periodically published statement that some services use to discuss particular legal demands, subject to applicable law. Its scope, date, signer and update process matter. An undated badge or a page title alone is not a reliable transparency statement.

Status of this page

This is an explanatory page, not a signed warrant-canary declaration. It makes no claim that CyberShield has or has not received a legal request, court order or disclosure demand. No “zero requests” assertion or government-request history is invented here.

Ask for the information you need

For questions about the published privacy policy, operator identity or an available transparency report, contact CyberShield support. A VPN does not remove legal obligations, and a canary does not replace a clear privacy policy or independent evidence about technical practices.
