Set up CyberShield VPN step by step

Prepare your account, install a compatible client and check your VPN connection.

1. Check the account and device

Confirm that the subscription or trial is active. Open the account’s setup information and identify the supported protocol, profile and operating system. Use our device guide to choose the appropriate installation route.

2. Install and import securely

Install from the official publisher or app store. Import the profile issued for your account or enter the supplied settings exactly. Only approve expected permissions from the client you intended to install. Treat QR codes and configuration files as sensitive because they can contain access credentials.

3. Connect and verify

Select an available endpoint and wait for the client to report an active tunnel. Compare your public IP and check ordinary browsing. After changing networks, waking the device or updating the client, confirm the connection again.

4. Troubleshoot in small steps

Check normal internet access, subscription status, system time and the selected profile. Try another available endpoint. Record the exact error, operating-system version and client version for support. Keep security protections enabled while diagnosing the problem.
