CyberShield VPN
Polityka prywatności
Website privacy information, external services and the contact route for CyberShield privacy questions.
Scope and current disclosure limits
This page describes the website functions identified at cybershieldvpn.com. It is not a complete statement of VPN-server, account-portal or payment-provider processing. Detailed retention periods, the registered operator’s identity and service-level logging practices are not specified here. If these details affect your decision, request them through the official support route before subscribing. This notice makes no unverified “no logs” promise.
Public IP and network lookup
The website’s IP banner requests public IPv4 and network information from IPinfo. That request exposes the visitor’s connection address and ordinary request information to IPinfo, which returns the information displayed in the banner. The “What is my IP?” page reuses that result. This lookup is separate from VPN tunnel traffic. Read IPinfo’s privacy policy for the provider’s own information.
Accounts, orders and support
The website links to the customer portal at my.cybershieldvpn.com for account access, checkout and support. Review the information requested and the terms displayed there before submitting it. For support, provide only what is necessary to explain your issue. Never send passwords, private VPN keys, recovery codes or complete card numbers.
External links and diagnostic services
Some guides link to independent client publishers, diagnostic tools and other services. Opening them establishes a connection with the destination, which applies its own privacy terms. This website’s breach-checking guide does not collect an email address through a local checker form; any address you choose to submit on a third-party site goes to that provider.
Privacy questions and rights requests
Use the official contact form to ask about data categories, purposes, legal bases, recipients, international transfers, retention or deletion. Where applicable law provides rights such as access, correction, erasure, objection, portability or a complaint to a supervisory authority, those rights remain unaffected. Verification of a request should not require disclosure of an account password.
Further service information
A public IP change does not prove anonymity or establish how a VPN provider processes connection metadata. The Warunki użytkowania describe the published service terms. This website notice was updated on 21 October 2026; it does not certify operational privacy practices that have not been established.
